Privacy policy

Information we collect

• When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address, an optional note, and the products and quantities you choose.
• To block spam on the order form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser; Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address for this check.
• Cooperative staff who sign in to the admin area with Google: their email address and display name.
• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies and do not run third-party analytics.

How we use it

• To confirm your order by phone, agree on the delivery fee, deliver the goods and answer your questions.
• To send an order notification email to the cooperative staff who handle orders.
• To let authorised staff manage products, content and orders.
• We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

Sharing

• Order details are seen only by cooperative staff who handle orders.
• Service providers that run the site process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (spam protection), the email service that delivers order notifications, Google (staff sign-in) and our server host.
• We disclose information to authorities only when Vietnamese law requires it.

Storage and retention

• Orders are stored on the cooperative’s own server and are protected by access controls; only signed-in staff can view them.
• We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet accounting obligations, then delete them.

Cookies

• The public site sets no cookies of its own. The admin area uses a sign-in session cookie that is required for staff to stay signed in.

Your rights

• You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us using the details below.
